Jush MCP terms of use

Jush MCP connects an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) to your Jush account. These terms cover only that connection. They extend the Jush, Delio and Alcostore terms and change nothing in them. In effect since 1 October 2026. This is a translation; the Polish version is binding.

1. Provider

The service is provided by Lite e-Commerce sp. z o.o., Al. Jerozolimskie 44, 00-024 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000894331, NIP 5272955307, REGON 388702135, the operator of Jush, Delio and Alcostore. Contact: pomoc@jush.pl.

2. Brand terms

Your account, orders, prices, deliveries, payments, promotions, returns and complaints about goods are governed by the terms of the brand you shop with (in Polish). Personal data in those matters is covered by the brands' privacy policies.

All terms: jush.pl/regulaminy. Data processed by the connection itself: Privacy. For purchases, the brand terms prevail over these terms.

3. What the service does

• The service is free of charge and provided electronically.
• On your behalf the assistant can browse the Jush, Delio and Alcostore catalogues, prices, promotions, delivery slots, your cart, orders and coupons, and with your permission change the cart, apply codes and coupons, and file returns, ratings and feedback. You choose the permissions when you connect.
• The assistant does not place or pay for orders. You place and pay for an order in the Jush app or on the brand's website, under its terms.

4. Requirements

• A Jush account with a +48 phone number and a date of birth; the service is for adults (18+) only.
• An AI assistant that supports MCP servers, and an account with its provider.
• An up-to-date web browser (for the SMS sign-in).

5. Start and end of the agreement

• The agreement starts when you approve a connection with "Allow". Each connection lasts until you disconnect it.
• You can end it at any time at no cost: disconnect the app at Connected apps or in the assistant's settings. A connection unused for 90 days expires by itself.
• We may disconnect a connection that breaks these terms. We will announce the end of the whole service on this page at least 14 days ahead.

6. The AI assistant

• The assistant is provided by its provider (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) under its own terms. We are not responsible for how it works.
• AI assistants can make mistakes. Check the cart, quantities, prices and delivery details in the Jush app before paying.
• Prices, stock and delivery slots come from Jush at the time of the request. The ones shown when you place the order are binding.

7. Acceptable use

• Connect only your own account, and keep the apps you connect under your control.
• Do not overload, scrape or attack Jush systems, or work around rate limits. Do not submit unlawful content.
• Alcohol, tobacco and pharmacy products are sold under the brand terms; alcohol to adults only.

8. Complaints

Send a complaint about the connection to pomoc@jush.pl with a description of the problem. We reply by e-mail within 14 days. Complaints about goods, orders and deliveries follow the brand's terms, through customer support in the Jush app.

9. Changes and final provisions

• We may change these terms for important reasons, such as changes in law, security or the scope of the service. We publish a new version on this page at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, disconnect.
• Polish law applies. These terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.
